WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

3. Website Content

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current at all times.

Menus, prices, opening hours, events, promotions, and other information may change without notice.

The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

4. Menu Information

Menus published on our website are provided for information purposes only and are subject to seasonal availability, supplier availability, and change without notice.

As we work closely with local producers and use seasonal ingredients, dishes and ingredients may change without prior notice.

While we endeavour to provide accurate allergen information, menu descriptions and allergen details published on the website should not be relied upon as the sole source of information. Guests with allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements should speak directly with a member of our team before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to text, menus, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Glass Curtain and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to any part of the website at any time without notice.

RESERVATION POLICY

7. Reservations

Reservations may be made through our website, by telephone, email, or through approved third-party reservation providers.

A reservation is not confirmed until confirmation has been issued by The Glass Curtain or the relevant reservation platform.

We reserve the right to refuse, amend, or cancel reservations where necessary for operational, legal, safety, or business reasons.

8. Arrival Times

Guests are requested to arrive promptly for their reservation.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals; however, table availability cannot be guaranteed where guests arrive significantly after their scheduled booking time.

Where guests are substantially delayed without notice, we reserve the right to release the table.

9. Table Allocation

While we are happy to note requests for specific tables or seating areas, we cannot guarantee any particular table location.

All table allocations remain at the discretion of management.

10. Dietary Requirements, Allergies and Food Intolerances

We are committed to accommodating guests with allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements wherever reasonably possible.

Guests are requested to notify us of any allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, or special requests at the time of booking and again upon arrival at the restaurant.

While our team follows strict food preparation and handling procedures, all food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present and cross-contamination may occur. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.

Guests with severe allergies or medical dietary conditions should discuss their requirements with a member of our team before ordering. We reserve the right to advise that certain dishes cannot be safely modified to accommodate particular allergies or dietary requirements.

The Glass Curtain accepts no liability for adverse reactions to food consumed where:

  • Allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements were not disclosed to us in advance or before ordering;

  • Guests choose to consume dishes against the advice of our staff; or

  • Cross-contamination occurs despite reasonable precautions being taken.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law.

11. Children and Minors

Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour, safety, and supervision of minors at all times while on the premises.

12. Reservation Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled through the reservation platform used to make the booking, by telephone, or by contacting the restaurant directly.

We request as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.

For certain reservations, tasting menus, special events, private dining experiences, group bookings, or peak service periods, we may require a deposit or card guarantee.

  • Loss of any deposit paid;

  • A cancellation charge;

  • A no-show fee charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Any such charges will be disclosed during the booking process.

14. Group Bookings and Private Events

Any such additional terms will be communicated prior to confirmation of the booking.
